MSC Cruises: Virtual Dance Class Series

Executive Producer | 4-part series with Flavia Cacace

six-figure

Approached directly by MSC's Head of Entertainment to produce a four-part virtual dance class series with ballroom star Flavia Cacace. I ran the entire production: a three-person core crew plus creative director and photographer, all reporting through me, with talent contracts negotiated through my company. A six-figure engagement delivered end to end, from commercial negotiation to final edit.

Outcome: six-figure production, delivered in full, for one of the world's largest cruise lines.

TEDGroup: Studio & Broadcast Leadership

Studio Manager → Media Manager → Photography & Broadcast Manager, 2013–2018

£50k → £140k

Five and a half years running in-house production for a live entertainment group: production shows, broadcast content and voiceover work for TUI, Bourne Leisure, Park Resorts and Grosvenor Casinos. Took the studio from a £50k-a-year cost centre to a commercial operation grossing £140k, and won and launched the passenger photography concession aboard TUI's Marella Explorer ships. Built the product from scratch and recruited ten international staff across two vessels.

Outcome: cost centre to £140k revenue; a new international commercial operation launched from zero.

Aperture X Media: 120+ Films

Founder & Producer, 2018–2025

120+

My wedding film studio, built for the Asian wedding market: over 120 films produced and delivered. I ran it as a true production business. A fleet of freelance shooters and editors, every client relationship and every delivery through me. Weddings are the most unforgiving production environment there is: one take, no reshoots, an emotional client, and a hard deadline every single week.

Outcome: 120+ delivered films; a profitable standalone studio run on a freelancer network model.

Ragatip: Music Brand from Inception

Creative Producer, from founding

0 → 1

A music brand created during Covid to champion South Asian music on merit, without the industry's nepotism problem. I was there from inception: built the brand identity, then lead-produced their content and first recording project, bringing in musical director Tom Beech to lead the sessions. Producer across all output until stepping back after the final project.

Outcome: a brand and its first body of recorded work, built from nothing.

Podcast Foundry & Founder Stories: The Systems Era

Co-Founder & Producer, 2025–present

148K

Video-first podcast production studio, co-founded with Priyesh Pankhania. We created Founder Stories from nothing as the studio's front door: I built the format and the production engine behind it. A pipeline that turns one recorded conversation into the full weekly content set (clips, captions, shownotes, blog, social), cutting repurposing time by ~80% with human editorial kept at the judgement points. First 18 episodes: 148K impressions and 35 inbound leads. Client work includes end-to-end post-production for a counter-extremism podcast commissioned by REOC Communications for a European federal police force.

Outcome: 85-episode series built and sustained by a two-person team; the pipeline is why.

The Open Journal: Brand Built with AI

Co-Founder & Creative Lead

concept → market

Documentary-style personal films: "So they'll know you. Even if they never meet you." I built it end to end: identity, positioning and launch materials, using AI-assisted design and production workflows, taken from concept to a live commissioning business.

Outcome: a complete brand and service business, concept to market.

patient-growth.co.uk: Live Product

Designed & built, solo

live

A public tool that lets anyone look up a UK GP practice and see its patient-list growth verified against NHS England's own published data. Built entirely with AI-assisted development. The premise: a number you can check beats a number you're asked to trust.

Outcome: live, public, verifiable. Go and try it.

Current R&D: AI Motion Consistency

In production

18 generations

The hard problem in AI motion work isn't a good frame, it's a consistent sequence. Current project: an animated narrative short holding one locked visual style and three recognisable characters across 18 separate image and video generations. Style-key locking, character reference elements, concrete visual language over named styles. Storyboard complete; film in production.

Outcome: in progress, and that's the point. This is how I work through an unsolved problem.
