The workshop is insurance on everything that comes after. ### Brand Build Retainer Ongoing strategic consultancy following the workshop. Brand architecture, messaging, content strategy, digital direction. Typically three to six months. Scope defined post-workshop. ### Project Work Specific deliverables scoped per brief. Website builds, content systems, podcast production, brand identity. Needed to grow their patient list to cover significantly higher running costs. Came in asking for new photography and a social media post. The real problem was digital visibility within tight NHS marketing guidelines. You cannot market on clinical outcomes or compete on quality of care. The work was a focused digital marketing effort: performance marketing on Google, social media to make the new building visible, and photography to give both channels something to work with. Result: 16,399 to 25,958 registered patients. 9,559 net new. Kev is now the in-house fractional marketing function for the practice. Each event format was being built from scratch with inconsistent identity. Fifteen-minute founder conversations recorded at IdeaFest and GBEA. Each conversation became a full episode, trailer, clips, carousel, and quote graphics.
